IP Schedule

SERAPH has a vast world view with a complete framework, which is being presented to players through the medium of a medieval dark fantasy ARPG. In addition to the ongoing development of our current products, we are also planning a long-term IP development strategy that includes cross-game IP coverage, platform ecosystem development, and more.

We have advantages in IP development as belows:

(1) Low educational costs

Medieval fantasy is a genre that resonates widely on a global scale, requiring minimal additional educational costs. This genre, particularly through adaptations in films and television, showcases a significant ability to transcend cultural boundaries. The global popularity of numerous novels and films, exemplified by "The Lord of the Rings" and "A Song of Ice and Fire," highlights the genre's broad acceptance.

(2)Versatile applicability to game types

The medieval fantasy theme is suitable for a variety of game genres, including Action (ACT), Strategy (SLG), Role-Playing (RPG), and Card Games (CAG). Concepts such as rare equipment and advanced spells are widely recognized, making it easier to establish a common understanding of value.

Additionally, this genre possesses a well-developed worldview and value system, which has been successfully represented across multiple game types. For instance, action games like "Elden Ring" and "Dark Souls," as well as role-playing games such as "Baldur's Gate" and "The Witcher," have all demonstrated the effectiveness of this value system, which includes high-level weapons, armor, and skills.

"Seraph," being part of the medieval fantasy genre, can be extended to other game types based on the current ARPG framework.

(3)Comprehensive background setting

SERAPH currently has a designed storyline comprising ten chapters with hundreds of characters. The story can be expanded through derivative games, promoting user interaction. We have established three primary categories of main characters: humans, angels, and demons, totaling several hundred characters.

While our released Soul series PFP showcases some of this, it is challenging for a single game to offer a complete narrative. In the future, we plan to create light games, such as RPG card games (e.g., Fate/Grand Order), battle card games (e.g., Hearthstone), or auto-battler games to extend the "Seraph" IP and facilitate cross-promotion among games.

At the same time, we believe that blockchain technology can bring new changes to IP operations, and we are continuously implementing practices that leverage on-chain data composability and the interoperability of NFT assets. We have successfully assetized content across five game categories, yielding significant results as follows:

- Chaos Equipment : Weapons, armor, and accessories, with a transaction amount of 8,500 ETH.

- Game Items : Equipment enhancement and refinement tools, with a transaction amount of 2,500 ETH.

- Value-Added Services : Game stalls and treasure chest keys, with a transaction amount of 1.55 million USDT.

- Treasure Chests : Blind box-style items produced within the game, with a transaction amount of 790 ETH.

- Cosmetic Series : Cosmetic items for game characters, with a transaction amount of 65 ETH.

In future derivative products, each type will have highly recognized asset forms, such as rare character cards in card games, advanced weapons in action games, and elite units or their equipment in strategy games.
